it is called otaku XD and weebs are the extreme side of it :p but yah subs are better than dubs.
but there are some good dubs. not all of them of course. but there are some but those are rare to find.

meh Ur right about that butt I just hate reading subtitles. The dub of panty and stocking is way better then the original tho
